1. Use of the App

1.1 Eligibility

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.

1.2 No Account Required

Inhale does not require account registration. The App operates entirely on your device without user accounts, logins, or passwords.

1.3 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You shall not:

• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any associated systems or services
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App

2. Health Disclaimer

Inhale is a breathwork timer and habit tracking tool designed for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The breathing techniques, CO2 tolerance scores, and any health-related content displayed in the App are based on general research and are not tailored to your individual health circumstances.

Always consult your doctor or qualified healthcare professional before starting any breathwork practice, especially if you:

• Are pregnant or nursing
• Are under 18 years of age
• Have a pre-existing medical condition (including cardiovascular conditions, respiratory disorders, epilepsy, or panic disorder)
• Are taking medication
• Have a history of fainting or seizures

Certain breathing techniques (such as Wim Hof Method, Tummo, and extended breath holds) involve hyperventilation and prolonged breath retention that may cause lightheadedness, tingling, or fainting. Never practise these techniques while driving, swimming, in water, or in any situation where loss of consciousness could be dangerous.

This App should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. If you experience any adverse symptoms during breathing exercises — including dizziness, fainting, chest pain, severe anxiety, or any other concerning symptoms — stop immediately and seek medical attention.

Health data tracked within the App (including mood ratings, CO2 tolerance scores, breath hold times, and HRV data) is for personal tracking purposes only and should not be used for medical decision-making without consulting a healthcare professional.

3. User Data

All breathwork data you create in the App — including sessions, techniques, streaks, mood ratings, and settings — is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data. If you uninstall the App, your data will be permanently deleted. You are responsible for any backups of your device data.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership

The App and Website, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights, title, and interest in the App remain our exclusive property.

4.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

5. Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information. Our collection, use, and disclosure of information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

6. Subscriptions

6.1 Premium Features

The App offers optional subscriptions ("Inhale Premium") that provide access to premium features including all 14 breathing techniques, detailed session history and statistics, CO2 tolerance tracking, advanced streak features, and more.

6.2 Free Trial

Subscriptions may include a free trial period. After the trial, your subscription will automatically renew to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

6.3 Billing

We offer monthly ($4.99/mo), yearly ($29.99/yr), and lifetime ($59.99) purchase options. Payment will be charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play account after you confirm your purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off in your account settings before the end of the current period.

6.4 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription management settings (App Store or Google Play). Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until then. The free tier with 3 breathing techniques remains fully functional after cancellation.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.1 App Availability

We strive to provide a reliable App experience but do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or free from harmful components.

7.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and Website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inhale and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be indicated by an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
